Avocado Hummus Pita Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 lemon
  • garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • cilantro
  • pita bread
  • assorted vegetables
  • olives
  • Red Hot sauce

Preparation

  1. Make avocado hummus by combining 1 avocado, 1 can chickpeas, 2 tablespoons tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and cilantro.

  2. Spread the hummus on pita bread.

  3. Top with assorted vegetables, additional chickpeas, olives, cilantro, and Red Hot sauce.
