Easy Vegan Hummus Spaghetti Lunch Dish
Ingredients
- spaghetti
- 1/3 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 2-4 tablespoons cold water, or more if needed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 medium cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
- juice of 1 lemon (2-3 tablespoons)
- 1.5 cups boiled chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
Preparation
Add the hummus ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until a creamy paste is formed.
Boil the spaghetti according to package instructions until cooked.
Mix the boiled spaghetti with the prepared hummus to complete the dish.
