Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup quinoa
  • Red cabbage
  • Kale
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2-2/3 cup almonds
  • 1/3 cup goji berries

Dressing

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp natural sweetener
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
