Goji Berry Quinoa Bowl with Almonds and Dressing
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup quinoa
- Red cabbage
- Kale
- 1 tomato
- 1/2-2/3 cup almonds
- 1/3 cup goji berries
Dressing
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp natural sweetener
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
