Homemade Vegan Gluten-Free Cereal
Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten free flour OR spelt flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp himalayan salt
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup avocado oil, coconut oil, or extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup maple syrup
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Whisk together all of your dry ingredients and then add in your wet ingredients; mix well, then let sit for just a few minutes.
Once set, take 1/2 teaspoon of the mixture and mould into a ball — you can mould them into your desired size, but note that they will expand in the oven!
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden on the edges.
Remove from oven and let cool completely before adding to milk.
