Easy Paleo Gluten-Free Chocolate Donuts

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • sprinkles

Preparation

  1. Whisk 2 eggs in a bowl.

  2. Add 1 cup almond flour, 3 tbsp honey, 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1 tsp baking soda, then mix well.

  3. Pour the mixture into a greased donut pan.

  4. Bake at 325F for 12 minutes.

  5. Let the donuts cool.

  6. Melt 1/4 cup chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil.

  7. Dip the cooled donuts in the chocolate mixture.

  8. Add sprinkles on top.

  9. Optionally, refrigerate to harden the chocolate before eating.

Tips

  1. Use silicone donut pans for easier removal of donuts.
