Hazelnut Cauli Oats with Chocolate Hummus
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats (soaked)
- 1/2 cup frozen cauli rice
- Splash hazelnut milk
- Cinnamon
- Pinch salt
Chocolate hummus components
- 1/2 can rinsed chickpeas
- 1 scoop chocolate protein
- Splash chocolate almond milk
- 2 dates
Preparation
Blend the chocolate hummus ingredients (chickpeas, chocolate protein, chocolate almond milk, and dates) until smooth
Combine the oats, frozen cauli rice, hazelnut milk, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl and let soak for at least 30 minutes or overnight for best results
Assemble the bowl by adding the prepared chocolate hummus as a topping, along with cinnamon apple and fig
