Hazelnut Cauli Oats with Chocolate Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats (soaked)
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauli rice
  • Splash hazelnut milk
  • Cinnamon
  • Pinch salt

Chocolate hummus components

  • 1/2 can rinsed chickpeas
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein
  • Splash chocolate almond milk
  • 2 dates

Preparation

  1. Blend the chocolate hummus ingredients (chickpeas, chocolate protein, chocolate almond milk, and dates) until smooth

  2. Combine the oats, frozen cauli rice, hazelnut milk, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl and let soak for at least 30 minutes or overnight for best results
