Monday Morning Peanut Butter Fig Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 heaped tsp seeded peanut butter
  • 1 fig
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 2 dessert spoons coconut yoghurt
  • 1-2 handfuls oats
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • cashew milk (as needed)

Boosters

  • 1 tsp Maca powder
  • 1 tsp baobab powder

Preparation

  1. Cover the ingredients in cashew milk and blend until smooth.
