Overnight Oat and Buckwheat Porridge

Ingredients

  • Oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 sliced banana
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 tablespoons buckwheat groats
  • Almond milk to cover

Toppings

  • Chocolate sauce
  • Sliced banana
  • Cacao nibs
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, chia seeds, sliced banana, cinnamon powder, buckwheat groats, and cover with almond milk. Leave to soak overnight.

  2. Warm the mixture in a pan with a splash of additional almond milk.

  3. Top with chocolate sauce, sliced banana, cacao nibs, and almond butter.
