Overnight Oat and Buckwheat Porridge
Ingredients
- Oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 sliced banana
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 2 tablespoons buckwheat groats
- Almond milk to cover
Toppings
- Chocolate sauce
- Sliced banana
- Cacao nibs
- 1 teaspoon almond butter
Preparation
Combine oats, chia seeds, sliced banana, cinnamon powder, buckwheat groats, and cover with almond milk. Leave to soak overnight.
Warm the mixture in a pan with a splash of additional almond milk.
Top with chocolate sauce, sliced banana, cacao nibs, and almond butter.
