Warm Blueberry Oatmeal Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats or 1/2 cup quinoa flakes
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Toppings

  • Fresh white strawberries and normal strawberries
  • Some fresh blueberries
  • Few pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp pecan butter

Preparation

  1. Combine the oats or quinoa flakes, mashed banana, almond milk, frozen blueberries, and cinnamon powder in a saucepan.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens, about 5-10 minutes.

  3. Serve the porridge in a bowl and add the toppings as described.
