Warm Blueberry Oatmeal Porridge
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats or 1/2 cup quinoa flakes
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
Toppings
- Fresh white strawberries and normal strawberries
- Some fresh blueberries
- Few pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp pecan butter
Preparation
Combine the oats or quinoa flakes, mashed banana, almond milk, frozen blueberries, and cinnamon powder in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens, about 5-10 minutes.
Serve the porridge in a bowl and add the toppings as described.
