Coconut Chip and Almond Porridge

Ingredients

  • oats
  • almond milk (to cover)
  • small handful of toasted coconut chips
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Toppings

  • hot maple bananas
  • Chocolate chips
  • almond butter
  • cranberry chia jam
  • dusting of cacao powder
  • few more coconut chips

Preparation

  1. Add a small handful of toasted coconut chips, 1 teaspoon almond butter, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract to a pan with oats.

  2. Cover with almond milk.

  3. Soak for some time or cook over medium heat until the porridge is creamy and oats are soft.

Assembly

  1. Top the porridge with hot maple bananas, chocolate chips, almond butter, cranberry chia jam, a dusting of cacao powder, and additional coconut chips.
