Coconut Chip and Almond Porridge

Ingredients

  • oats
  • almond milk
  • small handful of toasted coconut chips
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Toppings

  • hot maple bananas
  • chocolate buttons
  • almond butter
  • cranberry chia jam
  • dusting of cacao powder
  • few more coconut chips

Preparation

  1. Add a small handful of toasted coconut chips, 1 tsp of almond butter, and 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract to a pan with the oats and cover with almond milk.

  2. Ideally soak for at least 20 minutes or overnight.

  3. Cook the mixture.

  4. Spoon into a bowl.

  5. Top with hot maple bananas, chocolate buttons, almond butter, cranberry chia jam, a dusting of cacao powder, and a few more coconut chips.
