Coconut Chip and Almond Porridge
Ingredients
- oats
- almond milk
- small handful of toasted coconut chips
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings
- hot maple bananas
- chocolate buttons
- almond butter
- cranberry chia jam
- dusting of cacao powder
- few more coconut chips
Preparation
Add a small handful of toasted coconut chips, 1 tsp of almond butter, and 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract to a pan with the oats and cover with almond milk.
Ideally soak for at least 20 minutes or overnight.
Cook the mixture.
Spoon into a bowl.
Top with hot maple bananas, chocolate buttons, almond butter, cranberry chia jam, a dusting of cacao powder, and a few more coconut chips.
