Morning Coconut Yoghurt Porridge with Oats and Quinoa
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/3 cup quinoa flakes
- 1 tbsp mixed seed and milled flaxseed
- 3 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- almond milk
Toppings
- mixed berry chia jam
- banana
- cacao nibs
- chopped pecans
- a couple of chocolate buttons
Preparation
Cover with almond milk and then stir.
Soak or cook straight away.
Serve into a bowl and top with mixed berry chia jam, banana, cacao nibs, chopped pecans, and a couple of chocolate buttons.
