Morning Coconut Yoghurt Porridge with Oats and Quinoa

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup quinoa flakes
  • 1 tbsp mixed seed and milled flaxseed
  • 3 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • almond milk

Toppings

  • mixed berry chia jam
  • banana
  • cacao nibs
  • chopped pecans
  • a couple of chocolate buttons

Preparation

  1. Cover with almond milk and then stir.

  2. Soak or cook straight away.

  3. Serve into a bowl and top with mixed berry chia jam, banana, cacao nibs, chopped pecans, and a couple of chocolate buttons.
