Quinoa and Oat Coconut Porridge with Hot Blueberries

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1/4 cup of quinoa flakes
  • a handful of blueberries
  • 2 heaped tbsp of coconut yoghurt

Preparation

  1. Pour over coconut milk and leave to soak for an hour (if you have time)

  2. Then add more liquid and cook in a pan on the hob, stir regularly

  3. Spoon into bowl- then find the figs ( you’d forgotten you had in the fridge), strawberries, blueberries and melted chocolate. A tsp of almond butter, a drizzle of melted choc and dark choc buttons. Should keep you going for a while
