Quinoa and Oat Coconut Porridge with Hot Blueberries
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1/4 cup of quinoa flakes
- a handful of blueberries
- 2 heaped tbsp of coconut yoghurt
Preparation
Pour over coconut milk and leave to soak for an hour (if you have time)
Then add more liquid and cook in a pan on the hob, stir regularly
Spoon into bowl- then find the figs ( you’d forgotten you had in the fridge), strawberries, blueberries and melted chocolate. A tsp of almond butter, a drizzle of melted choc and dark choc buttons. Should keep you going for a while
