Coconut Yoghurt Porridge Made with a Mix of Oats and Quinoa Flakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1/3 cup of quinoa flakes
  • 1 tbsp of mixed seed and milled flaxseed
  • 3 tbsp of coconut yoghurt
  • almond milk

Preparation

  1. Soak or cook straight away

  2. Serve into bowl and top with mixed berry chia jam, banana, cacao nibs, chopped pecans and a couple of chocolate buttons

  3. Always a favourite combination
