Peanut Butter Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of oats
  • 1/4 cup of quinoa flakes
  • 1/4 cup of nutty nutty peanut butter protein powder
  • a handful of blueberries

Preparation

  1. Into a pan, cover with cashew milk and stir (we have made peanut milk before and it rather good)

  2. Soak or add a 1 cup of cashew milk and cook. Stirring regularly

  3. Meanwhile add 1 to 2 tbsp of maple syrup to a small frying pa, slice a banana down the centre and then put seed side down in the pan. Slow to sizzle for 3 minutes in each side u til the maple starts to turn the banana golden. We then added a few peanuts and removed the pan from the heat

  4. Spoon the porridge into a bowl and top with blueberries, the banana, cacao nibs, blueberries a spoonful of peanut butter - we’ve gone crunchy today- a chunk of blueberry and açaí dark vegan chocolate and the maple peanuts. Enjoy
