Hot Creamy Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds

Preparation

  1. In a pan, cover with a plant based milk- been using then ends of cartons to so there’s a mixture in today’s

  2. Leave to overnight or whilst you chase the children, dog, ducks

  3. Add 1 tsp of almond butter and stir in, then add 1 cup of m*lk and start to heat, keep stirring so it doesn’t catch

  4. Add extra liquid according to the consistency you enjoy

  5. Spoon into bowls add the banana slices, blueberries (must be more varied with fruit!) almond butter, raspberry chia jam and a few cacao nibs

  6. Had an urge for chocolate m*lk so blended 1 massively heaped tbsp of cacao powder, 1 medjool date with plant based m*lk and glugged it down
