Easy Plant-Based Blueberry Breakfast Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 bananas
- 1 cup oats
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/3 cup nut butter
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup blueberries
Preparation
Heat oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, mash 1 1/2 bananas.
Add 1 cup oats, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, and 1/3 cup nut butter.
Mix everything together.
Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup blueberries.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Tips
Use gluten-free oats for a gluten-free version.
You can add in any fruit or chocolate chips as desired.
