Oat and Millet Flake Coconut Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1/4 cup of millet flakes
  • 1/4 cup of coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp of milled flaxseed

Preparation

  1. Cover with coconut milk and leave over night

  2. In the morning add more coconut milk and cook, as the porridge has been soaked it cooks much faster

  3. Spoon into bowl and top with caramel bananas, blueberries, melted dark chocolate, granola and another spoonful of yoghurt
