Quinoa and Oat Cinnamon Almond Porridge
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup quinoa flakes
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup oats
- 2 heaped tablespoons almond yoghurt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- splash of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond butter
- almond milk
Toppings
- date syrup
- bananas
- cracked linseed
- walnuts
- almond yoghurt
- mandarin and ginger chocolate
Preparation
Cover the mixture of quinoa flakes, oats, almond yoghurt, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract, and almond butter with almond milk and let it soak for at least 10 minutes.
Add more almond milk as needed and cook the mixture.
Top with date syrup, hot bananas, cracked linseed, walnuts, almond yoghurt, and chopped mandarin and ginger chocolate.
Enjoy with cacao mylk and peppermint tea for a complete experience.
