Peanut and Chocolate Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 60g @momafoods Jumbo Porridge Oats
  • 35g @awesomesupps Choc & Nut Vegan Protein
  • 5g @naturya Chia Seeds
  • 40g banana
  • 5g @organicburst Maca Powder
  • 160ml @alpro Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 30g @nushfoods Natural Almond M•lk Yog

Toppings

  • @miiro_uk Crisp Coated Chocolate with a Peanut Heart
  • @pipandnut Smooth Peanut Butter
  • @sweetfreedomuk Choc Shot
  • Sliced banana

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 Celsius (fan)

  2. Mix the ingredients except the oats together and then add in the oats

  3. Mix well and transfer to an ovenproof ramekin or bowl

  4. Bake for 20 minutes

  5. Top with the @miiro_uk chocolates and bake for a further 5 minutes

  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes and top with remaining toppings above
