Protein Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maca powder

Preparation

  1. Place all the ingredients except the protein powder into a pot over medium heat

  2. Bring to a simmer and make sure you stir the pot occasionally to prevent the mixture from sticking

  3. When the oats are cooked to your desired consistency, remove from heat and spoon in your protein powder (optional)

  4. Gently fold until well combined and top it off with alllll the toppings
