Raw Vegan Nutella Brownies Dessert

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup toasted hazelnuts
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 2 1/2 cups pitted medjool dates

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup raw cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped toasted hazelnuts

Preparation

  1. Add cashews, hazelnuts, oats and cacao powder to the food processor and process until they form a fine flour.

  2. Add dates and process again until dough forms.

  3. Press into wax paper lined 8 inch square baking pan.

  4. Press raw cacao nibs, mini chips and chopped hazelnuts into top if desired.

  5. Place in fridge to chill.

  6. Slice when cold and enjoy.

  7. Store in fridge or freezer.

Tips

  1. Use gluten free rolled oats if needed or more nuts for grain free version.
