Refreshing Mango Orange Lassi
Ingredients
- 1 6oz cup vanilla plant-based yogurt
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 navel orange, diced and peeled
- Pinch of turmeric
- Pinch of cardamom
- 1 medjool date, pitted
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup ice (optional)
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
Blend until nice and smooth.
If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk to achieve desired consistency.
