Refreshing Mango Orange Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 6oz cup vanilla plant-based yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 navel orange, diced and peeled
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • 1 medjool date, pitted
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup ice (optional)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.

  2. Blend until nice and smooth.

  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk to achieve desired consistency.
