Simple Three-Ingredient Waffles with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons egg whites
  • 0.5 scoop vanilla whey protein
  • banana
  • fruit syrup
  • kefir yoghurt
  • peanut butter
  • blueberries

Preparation

  1. Mix the egg, egg whites, and whey protein together.

  2. Place the mixture in a waffle iron and cook for 5 minutes.

  3. For the caramelized banana, slice the banana and fry it in slices with fruit syrup.

  4. Top the cooked waffle with kefir yoghurt, peanut butter, caramelized banana, and blueberries.
