Simple Three-Ingredient Waffles with Toppings
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons egg whites
- 0.5 scoop vanilla whey protein
- banana
- fruit syrup
- kefir yoghurt
- peanut butter
- blueberries
Preparation
Mix the egg, egg whites, and whey protein together.
Place the mixture in a waffle iron and cook for 5 minutes.
For the caramelized banana, slice the banana and fry it in slices with fruit syrup.
Top the cooked waffle with kefir yoghurt, peanut butter, caramelized banana, and blueberries.
