Protein French Toast Stacks with Yogurt and Berries

Ingredients

  • Bread
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 Tbsp Egg whites
  • Half Scoop of Protein Powder (strawberry cream)
  • Coconut Oil for frying
  • Yoghurt
  • Blueberries
  • Peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Mix the protein powder, egg, and egg whites together.

  2. Soak the bread in the mixture.

  3. Fry in coconut oil.

  4. Top with yoghurt, blueberries, and peanut butter.
