Protein French Toast Stacks with Yogurt and Berries
Ingredients
- Bread
- 1 Egg
- 4 Tbsp Egg whites
- Half Scoop of Protein Powder (strawberry cream)
- Coconut Oil for frying
- Yoghurt
- Blueberries
- Peanut butter
Preparation
Mix the protein powder, egg, and egg whites together.
Soak the bread in the mixture.
Fry in coconut oil.
Top with yoghurt, blueberries, and peanut butter.
