Sourdough Protein French Toast with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 3 slices of Bread
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 Tbsp Egg Whites
  • Half Scoop of Protein Powder
  • Coconut Oil for frying

Toppings

  • Yoghurt
  • Crunchy peanut butter
  • Berries
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix the egg, egg whites and protein together.

  2. Soak the bread in the mixture.

  3. Fry in coconut oil.

  4. Top with yoghurt, crunchy peanut butter, berries, pumpkin seeds and syrup.
