Protein Berry French Toast Breakfast

Ingredients

  • Bread (I used @promiseglutenfree)
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 Tbsp Egg whites (@twochicksproducts)
  • Half Scoop of Protein Powder (@nuzest_europe strawberry)
  • Coconut Oil for frying

Toppings

  • Yoghurt
  • Strawberries
  • @sweetfreedomuk caramel syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix the egg, egg whites, and protein powder together.

  2. Soak the bread in the mixture.

  3. Fry the soaked bread in coconut oil.

  4. Top with yoghurt, strawberries, and caramel syrup.
