Thin Sliced Sweet Potato Chips with Add Ins

Ingredients

  • chickpeas
  • onion salt
  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • avocado oil
  • 1/2 avocado
  • African smoke seasoning
  • tomatoes
  • jalapeños

Preparation

  1. Slice sweet potato thinly to make chips crispier.

  2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

  3. Roast chickpeas for 15 minutes with onion salt.

  4. Roast sweet potato slices for 15 minutes with a little avocado oil.

  5. Prepare 1/2 avocado with African smoke seasoning.

  6. Add tomatoes and jalapeños to assemble the dish.
