Crispy Cauliflower Gnocchi Savory Breakfast Plate
Ingredients
- 1/3 bag Trader Joe's cauliflower gnocchi
- avocado oil
- kale
- mushrooms
- avocado
- Trader Joe's EBTB seasoning
- tomatoes
- red pepper flakes
Preparation
Microwave the cauliflower gnocchi for 2-3 minutes to soften.
Heat a skillet with plenty of avocado oil over low-medium heat.
Add the microwaved gnocchi to the skillet and sauté for 5-6 minutes until crispy.
Remove the gnocchi from the skillet.
Add kale and mushrooms to the same skillet and sauté until cooked.
Prepare avocado by seasoning with Trader Joe's EBTB seasoning.
Plate the dish with tomatoes and top with red pepper flakes for added flavor.
Use lots of oil to ensure the gnocchi becomes crispy; this is key for texture.
