Vanilla Protein Açai Bowl and Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 sachet of açai pulp
- 1 banana
- Handful of frozen berries
- Handful of frozen cauliflower
- 80ml almond milk
- 1 scoop @myproteinuk vanilla soy isolate
Pancake components
- 65g spelt flour
- 1/2 a courgette
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 150-180ml almond milk
- squeeze of a lemon
- salt
- baking powder
- 1 scoop of @myprotein vanilla soy isolate
Preparation
Blend all of the ingredients together and pour into a bowl for the açai bowl
