Vanilla Protein Açai Bowl and Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet of açai pulp
  • 1 banana
  • Handful of frozen berries
  • Handful of frozen cauliflower
  • 80ml almond milk
  • 1 scoop @myproteinuk vanilla soy isolate

Pancake components

  • 65g spelt flour
  • 1/2 a courgette
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 150-180ml almond milk
  • squeeze of a lemon
  • salt
  • baking powder
  • 1 scoop of @myprotein vanilla soy isolate

Preparation

  1. Blend all of the ingredients together and pour into a bowl for the açai bowl

  2. Blend all of the ingredients together, then pour onto a non-stick pan to cook for the pancakes
