Spelt Flour Cacao Protein Waffles
Ingredients
- 70g spelt flour
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 scoop MyProtein protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 courgette or 100g apple purée or 100g pumpkin purée or 1/2 banana
- 150-180ml almond milk
- baking powder
- half a squeeze of a lemon
- salt
Preparation
Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender.
Pour the mixture onto a waffle griddle.
Cook the waffles using a griddle like one from VonShef.
Top the waffles with blueberries and chocolate shot.
