Spelt Flour Cacao Protein Waffles

Ingredients

  • 70g spelt flour
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 scoop MyProtein protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 courgette or 100g apple purée or 100g pumpkin purée or 1/2 banana
  • 150-180ml almond milk
  • baking powder
  • half a squeeze of a lemon
  • salt

Preparation

  1. Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender.

  2. Pour the mixture onto a waffle griddle.

  3. Cook the waffles using a griddle like one from VonShef.

  4. Top the waffles with blueberries and chocolate shot.
