Healthy Chocolate Crepes with Spelt Flour

Ingredients

  • 75g spelt flour
  • 20g @myproteinuk soy isolate
  • 1 tbsp @myproteinvegan cacao powder
  • 250ml almond milk
  • baking powder
  • salt
  • lemon squeeze

Preparation

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together.

  2. Pour onto a pre-heated non-stick, lightly greased pan.

  3. Cook on the first side until many holes appear before attempting to flip over.

Toppings

  1. Crumble half of a @myproteinvegan chocolate cookie for texture.

  2. Add cacao nibs.

  3. Drizzle with @myproteinuk sugar free syrup (butterscotch flavor).
