Healthy Chocolate Crepes with Spelt Flour
Ingredients
- 75g spelt flour
- 20g @myproteinuk soy isolate
- 1 tbsp @myproteinvegan cacao powder
- 250ml almond milk
- baking powder
- salt
- lemon squeeze
Preparation
Mix all of the ingredients together.
Pour onto a pre-heated non-stick, lightly greased pan.
Cook on the first side until many holes appear before attempting to flip over.
Toppings
Crumble half of a @myproteinvegan chocolate cookie for texture.
Add cacao nibs.
Drizzle with @myproteinuk sugar free syrup (butterscotch flavor).
