Chocolate Crepes with Almond Milk and Toppings

Ingredients

  • 75g spelt flour
  • 20g soy isolate (from myproteinuk)
  • 250ml almond milk
  • baking powder
  • salt
  • lemon squeeze
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

Toppings

  • soy yogurt
  • cacao powder
  • toffee drop (from myproteinuk)
  • figs
  • raspberries
  • jumbo chocolate chips
  • cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together.

  2. Pour onto a pre-heated non-stick, lightly greased pan.

  3. Cook on the first side until you see many holes before attempting to flip over.

  4. Roll the crepes into long rolls.

  5. Top with as many toppings as you like.

Tips

  1. For example, top with soy yogurt mixed with cacao powder and a toffee drop, along with figs, raspberries, jumbo chocolate chips, and cacao nibs. Use fresh fruits in season for best results.
