Fluffy Pancakes with Berries and Cacao
Ingredients
- 1 cup wholemeal spelt flour
- 2tbsp coconut flour
- 2tbsp xylitol
- 1tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 1/2tbsp cacao powder
- 1cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
add all ingredients to a bowl and combine them with a hand mixer or a whisk
heat a pan over medium heat and add some coconut oil to it
cook the pancakes for about 2 minutes on the first side, flip and cook for 1 minute on the other side (until cooked through)
