Easy Protein Waffles Made in Blender

Ingredients

  • 70g flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 5g chia seeds
  • 150-180ml almond milk
  • squeeze of lemon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • bit of cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

Toppings

  • kiwi
  • vegan hazelnut spread
  • powdered peanut butter mixed to desired consistency
  • cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a waffle maker and cook according to manufacturer's instructions.

  3. Top the waffles with kiwi, vegan hazelnut spread, prepared peanut butter, and cacao nibs.
