Easy Protein Waffles Made in Blender
Ingredients
- 70g flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 zucchini
- 5g chia seeds
- 150-180ml almond milk
- squeeze of lemon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- bit of cinnamon
- pinch of salt
Toppings
- kiwi
- vegan hazelnut spread
- powdered peanut butter mixed to desired consistency
- cacao nibs
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a waffle maker and cook according to manufacturer's instructions.
Top the waffles with kiwi, vegan hazelnut spread, prepared peanut butter, and cacao nibs.
