Baked Chickpea Cookie Dough with Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 tablespoon powdered peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 20 grams vanilla soy protein isolate
  • 150 milliliters almond milk
  • squeeze of lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips in a blender.

  2. Place mixture into a baking bowl.

  3. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200°C.

  4. Add chocolate chips on top.
