Baked Chickpea Cookie Dough with Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon powdered peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 20 grams vanilla soy protein isolate
- 150 milliliters almond milk
- squeeze of lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
- dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips in a blender.
Place mixture into a baking bowl.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200°C.
Add chocolate chips on top.
