Black Bean Chickpea Brownie for One
Ingredients
Blackbean layer
- 100g black beans
- 15g vanilla soy isolate
- 5 ml agave nectar
- 75 ml almond milk
- some baking powder
- a pinch of salt
Chickpea layer
- 100g chickpeas
- 15g vanilla soy isolate
- 5 ml agave nectar
- 5g powdered peanut butter
- 75 ml almond milk
- some baking powder
- a pinch of salt
Toppings
- 10g dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Blend the ingredients for the black bean layer in a blender
Blend the ingredients for the chickpea layer in a blender
Place the black bean layer first in a suitable baking pan or bowl
Add the chickpea layer on top
Place chocolate chips on top
Put it in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes
