Black Bean Chickpea Brownie for One

Ingredients

Blackbean layer

  • 100g black beans
  • 15g vanilla soy isolate
  • 5 ml agave nectar
  • 75 ml almond milk
  • some baking powder
  • a pinch of salt

Chickpea layer

  • 100g chickpeas
  • 15g vanilla soy isolate
  • 5 ml agave nectar
  • 5g powdered peanut butter
  • 75 ml almond milk
  • some baking powder
  • a pinch of salt

Toppings

  • 10g dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Blend the ingredients for the black bean layer in a blender

  2. Blend the ingredients for the chickpea layer in a blender

  3. Place the black bean layer first in a suitable baking pan or bowl

  4. Add the chickpea layer on top

  5. Place chocolate chips on top

  6. Put it in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes
