Black Bean Brownie
Ingredients
- Brownie
- 1 can (250g) black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 5 tbsp flour of choice (I used oat flour)
- 6-7 tbsp liquid sweetener
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Frosting
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 2 tbsp liquid sweetener
- A few tbsp plant milk
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together. Pour the dough into a small baking trail and bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes. Let it cool before spreading the frosting on top
Soak your cashews for 1 hour in hot water
Then blend all the ingredients together
Add more sweetener or milk to get the best flavor and creamy consistency
To make the green color I added 1 tsp spirulina, and to make the yellow color I used turmeric
