Chocolate Rudolph Pancakes with Stuffed Banana Bar

Ingredients

  • Mighty Bee bananito bar
  • 70g spelt flour
  • 20g MyProtein chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 courgette
  • 150ml almond milk
  • squeeze of a lemon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.

  2. Heat a non-stick pan.

  3. Pour the batter into the pan and cook, flipping until done and ready to serve.
