Vegan Black Goji Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 250 ml oat milk
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sapphire wolfberry powder

Toppings

  • Blackberries
  • Kiwis
  • Rose blossom

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until thickened

  3. Add toppings and serve
