Cheater Chia Jars with Berries
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup non-dairy plant milk
- 1/2 cup plant-based yogurt
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
Preparation
Whisk all ingredients together and let set overnight.
In the morning, separate into 2 jars or bowls, and layer with fruit.
Pro tip: Use coconut yogurt for thickness as it is usually the thickest option.
Sweetener note: Maple syrup is optional, especially if using sweetened yogurt.
