Bank Holiday Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup medjool dates - 1/2 cup almonds - 1/2 cup cashews
  • - 3 tbsp desiccated coconut - 2 tbsp melted coconut oil - 1 tbsp raw cacao powder - 3 tbsp oats

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well combined

  2. Roll into balls and place on baking paper, leaving to set in the fridge for an hour

  3. ENJOY
