Chocolate Almond Sea Salt Cookie

Ingredients

  • 35 g oat flour
  • 5 g cocoa powder
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1/16 tsp salt
  • 32 g almond butter
  • 20 g yogurt
  • 20 g maple syrup
  • dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F

  2. Mix all ingredients together

  3. Lay parchment paper on baking tray

  4. Form a dough ball with your hands and smoosh it down to desired size

  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes

  6. Sprinkle with sea salt fresh out of the oven

  7. Give a few minutes to cool and devour

Microwave method

  1. Follow the same preparation steps except place parchment or spray oil on a microwave-safe dish

  2. Microwave for 1 to 1 minute 15 seconds

Tips

  1. Almond butter can be substituted with other nut butters like peanut butter

  2. Baking in the oven is recommended for better results, but microwave is faster
