Chocolate Almond Sea Salt Cookie
Ingredients
- 35 g oat flour
- 5 g cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1/16 tsp salt
- 32 g almond butter
- 20 g yogurt
- 20 g maple syrup
- dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 F
Mix all ingredients together
Lay parchment paper on baking tray
Form a dough ball with your hands and smoosh it down to desired size
Bake for 8-10 minutes
Sprinkle with sea salt fresh out of the oven
Give a few minutes to cool and devour
Microwave method
Follow the same preparation steps except place parchment or spray oil on a microwave-safe dish
Microwave for 1 to 1 minute 15 seconds
Tips
Almond butter can be substituted with other nut butters like peanut butter
Baking in the oven is recommended for better results, but microwave is faster
