Easy Apple Sauce Tiramisu Dessert in 30 Minutes
Ingredients
Biscuit layer
- 200 g ladyfingers
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp Amaretto
- 2 small cups espresso
Cream layer
- 3 large egg yolks
- 80 g sugar
- 500 g mascarpone cheese
- 200 g heavy cream
- 1 packet whipping cream stabilizer
- 250 g apple sauce
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- vanilla extract
Preparation
Place the ladyfingers in a baking dish (18 x 25 cm) so that the bottom is completely covered
Dissolve sugar and Amaretto in the espresso, then spread half of the espresso mixture over the ladyfingers
Beat egg yolks with sugar and vanilla extract for 10 minutes until creamy
Gradually beat the mascarpone until creamy
Briefly fold in 3 tablespoons of the egg yolk mixture
Fold in the remaining egg yolk mixture
Whip the heavy cream with whipped cream stabilizer until stiff
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture
Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers
Add the apple sauce and spread it evenly
Distribute the remaining ladyfingers over the apple sauce
Soak the remaining ladyfingers with the remaining espresso mixture
Generously spread the remaining mascarpone cream over the top
Chill the tiramisu for at least 5 hours
Dust with cocoa powder before serving
Serve cold
