Easy No-Bake Speculoos Balls
Ingredients
- 150 g Speculoos cookies
- 130 g White chocolate
- 50 g Cream cheese
- 50 g Ground almonds
- 50 g Marzipan
Preparation
Mix the speculoos cookies in a good stand mixer or grinder to fine crumbs.
Put 120 grams of the crumbs into a bowl and save 30 grams for later.
Add the ground almonds to the bowl and mix.
Melt the white chocolate over a water bath.
Stir the cream cheese into the melted chocolate and then slowly stir in the dry mixture.
Chill the dough in the refrigerator for one hour to cool.
Take a hazelnut-sized portion of marzipan and form small balls around it with the speculoos dough.
Put the remaining 30 grams of speculoos crumbs in a small bowl and roll each ball in them individually.
Chill the finished balls.
