Easy No-Bake Speculoos Balls

Ingredients

  • 150 g Speculoos cookies
  • 130 g White chocolate
  • 50 g Cream cheese
  • 50 g Ground almonds
  • 50 g Marzipan

Preparation

  1. Mix the speculoos cookies in a good stand mixer or grinder to fine crumbs.

  2. Put 120 grams of the crumbs into a bowl and save 30 grams for later.

  3. Add the ground almonds to the bowl and mix.

  4. Melt the white chocolate over a water bath.

  5. Stir the cream cheese into the melted chocolate and then slowly stir in the dry mixture.

  6. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for one hour to cool.

  7. Take a hazelnut-sized portion of marzipan and form small balls around it with the speculoos dough.

  8. Put the remaining 30 grams of speculoos crumbs in a small bowl and roll each ball in them individually.

  9. Chill the finished balls.
