Easy Vegan Mango Coconut Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp coconut condensed milk
  • Handful of nuts of your choice

Preparation

  1. In a bowl add mango puree, condensed milk, coconut cream and mix well, then add lemon juice, stir well and keep in the fridge.

  2. Whip your coconut cream one day ahead before you serve this dessert to achieve a creamy texture.

  3. Layer the dessert as you see in the picture.
