Easy Homemade Mango Lassi Popsicles
Ingredients
- 2 cups mango puree
- 1/2 cup coconut condensed milk
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
Optional additions
- Chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
Make a puree of fresh pulpy mangoes or use frozen ones and set aside.
In another bowl, add coconut cream and coconut condensed milk, then mix in cardamom powder.
Optionally, add chopped nuts if desired.
Pour the thick mango lassi mixture into popsicle molds according to your choice of layering and freeze overnight or until set.
Before serving, garnish with chopped pistachios and rose petals.
Tips
If coconut condensed milk is unavailable, substitute with full-fat yogurt and add maple syrup or another form of sugar to taste.
