Quick Mango Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 200g non-dairy whipped cream powder
- 400ml very cold water
- 600g mango puree
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
Preparation
Whip the whipped cream powder with cold water until it expands.
Add sweetened condensed milk and mango puree.
Mix again until evenly combined.
Freeze until solid.
Notes
Use a mixer with a built-in whisk container and multiple speed settings for easier preparation.
