Chocolate-Covered Coconut Bars

Ingredients

  • 400 grams chocolate (can use Cadbury or other brands)
  • Dried or shredded coconut
  • Sweetened condensed milk

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate using the double boiler method.

  2. Mix the coconut with the sweetened condensed milk and shape into lumps, adjusting amounts so they are not too wet or dry.

  3. Refrigerate the mixture for about 20 minutes.

  4. Remove the bars, dip them into the melted chocolate, and refrigerate again for 15 minutes.
