Healthy Date and Nut Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond
- 1/2 cup walnut
- 1 cup Medjool date
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp water
Preparation
Grind the almonds and add all other ingredients until a sticky mixture forms.
Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
Cover in 85% dark chocolate and roll in your favorite toppings.
