Healthy Date and Nut Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond
  • 1/2 cup walnut
  • 1 cup Medjool date
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp water

Preparation

  1. Grind the almonds and add all other ingredients until a sticky mixture forms.

  2. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.

  3. Cover in 85% dark chocolate and roll in your favorite toppings.
